Cheung Sing Cafe

With convention season in full swing, fellow Valley resident Felix (the bean bag king of Asia) recruits me to help him get the goods out to the new convention hall next to the airport(Asia World Expo). One of the few perks of being a volunteer laborer is the hearty breakfast included to lure suckers like myself into working for free. Felix takes me and the crew to his favorite Valley Cha Charn Teng (cafe), the Cheung Sing Cafe on Sing Woo Road.



I order a Hong Kong specialty, macaroni in milky broth with a side order of pineapple bun and coffee. Who could not lug bean bags all day on a breakfast this good? Cheung Sing Cafe turns out to be very good and I can't believe I haven't "found" this place myself. Make note to self: Drag Mrs V along one morning soon and see what she thinks.
